For sending our packages we mainly use PostNL. From PostNL you will receive an email at the specified email address containing the Track & Trace.
What warranty applies to Freelux products?
Oringe NBC B.V. offers through its webshop top quality electrical materials with a warranty period of 2 years from delivery factory. The warranty covers only technical defects caused by design or manufacturing errors.
What is the delivery time?
On our product page we state whether an item is 'Sold Out', 'Available via back order' or simply 'in stock'. Orders ordered on weekdays before 12:30 p.m. and completely in stock are shipped within 1 - 2 business days in most cases.
